Our minimum stay is 3 nights for Beachfront Villas and 5 nights for Garden Villas and the Grand Garden Villa. We find that guests who stay longer settle into the pace of the island and get far more from their time here — and we offer complimentary extended checkout for stays of 5 nights or more, subject to availability.

Check-in time to Serenity and facilities as well as your villa is any time from 2:00pm.   Our checkout time from the villa and Serenity’s facilities is 10:00am.  Extended checkout may be available for stays of 5 nights or more — please ask when booking.

Because we don’t have a reception desk, we email a full pre‑arrival welcome pack with everything you need — directions to Serenity Villas and directly to your villa. When you arrive, your villa will be ready and waiting, with your welcome starter pack in place and everything set up for an easy start to your stay. We’re intentionally hands‑off to ensure your privacy, but always reachable on the in‑villa phone for any urgent issues.

Yes — we have secure luggage storage on-site. Should you arrive earlier, we have secure luggage storage on-site so you can drop your bags into the luggage lockers and then head off to explore the island at your leisure.

Serenity Villas is exclusively for in-house guests. Our pool, beach access, gardens, and all shared spaces are reserved solely for guests who are staying with us. This is central to the quiet, private experience we offer - and something our guests tell us they value deeply. We ask all guests respect this policy throughout their stay.

Absolutely — Serenity Villas is ideally suited to honeymoons, anniversaries, and milestone celebrations. The private villas, beachfront setting, and unhurried pace make it a natural choice for couples wanting something genuinely special. Our villas are appointed with beautiful Super King beds, which are not designed to be split into two singles. We're also unable to accommodate a rollaway bed within the villas - Serenity is designed specifically for couples and travellers seeking a peaceful, private retreat.
