Nestled within some of our 700+ climate-adapted tropical plants, the Garden Villas feel like a world apart — a peaceful seclusion and quietly beautiful. The pool and beach are closer than you'd expect.

Your villa is stocked and waiting — milk, teas, and coffees, with bathroom amenities already in place.

The Pool
A salt-based swimming pool kept at a warm temperature, with loungers, shade umbrellas, and a poolside hut. When the mood takes you, the Weber BBQ is there too.

Bikes & Transport
Borrow one of our recreational bikes to explore at your own pace, or use the on-site parking if you've hired a car or scooter. The island is more manageable than it looks.

Starlink satellite internet runs throughout the property - fast enough for social media, quiet enough that you might forget it's there.

Clean Drinking Water
Always triple-filtered and UV-treated water is available throughout the property. Refill freely — no need for plastic bottles.

A guest laundry with powder is available when you need it. For quieter days, there are DVDs, CDs, books, and board games — the kind of things that make a long stay feel like home.

Everything you need is already here — kayaks, snorkelling gear, reef shoes, beach towels, umbrellas, and loungers. Paddle out to the reef, float in the pool, or simply find your spot on the sand.

Hammock, Cape Cod chairs, raised platforms, and beach loungers - positioned to face west. Rarotonga's sunsets are among the most spectacular in the Pacific. These are the best seats in the house.
