INSURANCE
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all guests.
Rarotonga is a remote island destination, and while we do everything we can to ensure a seamless stay, some things - cyclones, medical emergencies, flight disruptions - are simply beyond anyone's control.
We encourage all guests to consider comprehensive travel insurance before travel. This protects you against unforeseen events including cancellation, curtailment, medical costs, and natural disasters.

Reservations
& Policies
Things you need to know about securing your stay Serenity Villas - clearly set out, with no surprises. If you have any questions about our policies or your reservation, please don't hesitate to reach out - we're happy to talk things through.
Payments
Deposit & Payment
Deposit of 30%

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is required within 48 hours of your booking. Once your payment has been confirmed as being received, your villa booking will then become secured.
Final Payment

Your remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your check in date.
Bookings within 1 month of your check in date

For bookings made within 1 month of arrival, the full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your villa booking.
Booking Changes
Cancellations & Amendments
Every amendment and cancellation has a direct impact on a small property such as ours. We therefore ask that you give us as much notice as possible and note the following:
31 days or more prior to arrival
Full refund
0 to 31 days prior to arrival
100% of total booking charged
We appreciate your understanding, and we hope that this clause never arises.
Force Majeure
Changes by Serenity Villas
We endeavour to provide every facility and experience as advertised, and we take that commitment seriously.
However, in the rare event that circumstances entirely beyond our control - such as natural disasters, cyclones, pandemics, civil disruption or other unforeseeable events - require us to limit services, modify or cancel your booking, Serenity Villas will not be liable for compensation in those circumstances.
We will always communicate with you as early and as clearly as possible, and work with you to find the best outcome available.
We appreciate your understanding, and we hope you never need to read this clause.
