The Grand Garden Villa is in a category of its own — not a larger version of the other villas, but a fundamentally different experience of space.
From the open-plan living and dining area to the verandah, down into the private courtyard and through to the pool and beach, there is a generosity to this villa that unfolds the longer you are in it. It is the kind of place that rewards a longer stay — where having a proper kitchen, a Butler's Pantry, and two entirely separate bedroom retreats means you never feel the need to be anywhere else.

INSIDE THE VILLA
Every comfort, considered
Two bedrooms, generous living areas, and a sequence of private outdoor spaces that flow from verandah to courtyard to pool and beach — the Grand Garden Villa is Serenity at its most expansive.
Both bedrooms are spacious, each with a Super King bed dressed in premium linens, their own en-suite tiled bathroom stocked with fluffy white towels, a hairdryer, and a selection of bathroom amenities to get you started, and their own in-room safe. One bedroom opens directly onto the private courtyard via the verandah; the second has its own private patio, accessible through a large sliding door — a quiet retreat within a retreat.
The private outdoor shower is tucked alongside the second bedroom's patio, accessed via its own external door — completely private to Grand Garden Villa guests.
The large open-plan living and dining area gives everyone room to settle in. Steps from the verandah lead down to the courtyard alongside, where two sun loungers and an umbrella are set up, with a door through to the pool and beach beyond.
Everything else is taken care of — fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout, Starlink Wi-Fi, smart television, sound system, and pool towels — leaving the only agenda the one you set.

What you will find
The Grand Garden Villa's kitchen and Butler's Pantry are fully equipped for self-catering — French door fridge/freezer, a second fridge/freezer, dishwasher, bench-top oven, standard size under-bench oven, two-burner ceramic hob, and generous bench space. Plus the Weber BBQ and poolside hut are available for shared use. Designed for couples who want to fully self-cater, with all cooking utensils needed to prepare meals from breakfast through to dinner.

Finally, some 6 years later I have returned to see this resort completed with the addition of 2 garden villas and a two-bedroom villa. As this complex is an R18 resort with a strict no visitor policy you can be assured of a quiet and relaxing stay. Always able to get a lounger around the pool as you relax in what I feel is truly paradise. The owners Jo and Rick have carefully researched and reflected on what makes the perfect resort to relax and incorporated this into the design and their service offering.”
